Product Description

Purposes
This product is applicable for various round cans and irregular cans to weigh and fill powdery materials like milk powder, rice flour, protein powder, soybean milk powder, ground coffee, ground pepper, flavor and fragrance and additives. With reliable quality and easy operation, it is ideal equipment necessary for such industries as food, pharmacy and chemical engineering. The machine can be used alone or together with other production lines.    
Performance characteristics
1. The machine has a wide range of application since weighing and filling can be realized for different-sized round cans and irregular cans by adjusting the positioning device only;
2. The machine is highly automatic and easily operated with PLC control and human-machine interface touch panel;
3. Stable weighing is ensured with servo motor and servo drive-controlled screw rod;
4. Corresponding weighing and filling are conducted only when there is a can, and no can no filling;
 
5. The continuously-variable conveyor is simple in structure and easy to operate and maintain;
6. Horizontal open-type feed box is very convenient to clean;
7. With height-adjusting handwheel, it is convenient to adjust the machine head height;
8. The outer housing and main parts are made of 304 stainless steel to meet hygienic requirements of food and drugs.
